As we round the corner from 2017 to 2018, let us consider…

LIGHT!

Light has always been a part of the holidays, from the brightly colored decorations that appear well before Thanksgiving, to the “Light” sought out by the shepherds on the hillsides and the wisemen from a far.

We see light shows for entertainment.  A light goes off in our brain as we are brought to a new awareness or idea.

We sometimes use a candle or flashlight to light our path.  We see a light in others that encourages us to be the best we can be. The song “Candle in the Wind” reminds us of someone who shared love and compassion with many of the world’s poorest.  

As we round the corner to 2018, it is worthwhile to consider the light within each of us.  Can we be the “light” for someone else, showing the way based on lessons learned in our own lives?

Tracy, our own entrepreneur girl, embraces this concept in her business. She is all about sharing knowledge and lessons learned from her own experiences in e-commerce. Tracy puts it all out there through her Facebook Amazon 360 group www.facebook.com/groups/Amazon360/ where she encourages us to share with one another challenges, solutions, and encouragement as each strives for success in their own business.

Tracy has had great success in her business, but what makes her unique is her desire to “light the path” for others to reach their own successes!

On her recently updated website www.tracyjosmith.com  go to the “About” section and read “Oh the Burn” which chronicles her personal experiences from 2008 through 2013.  This should motivate us to consider our own lessons learned through life’s experiences.

Let 2018 be a year when we make the effort on a daily basis to be a Light to someone else.
